Himalaya Winter Bundle

All through the second half of December and starting of January I was travelling. While some places were really cold, the others not so much. With the weather being different, I had to take care of my skin at all times.

To avoid all kinds of dryness, flaking, chapping, itchiness and tightness, I made sure I had the right products to keep my skin soft and hydrated. 

I had a great experience with Himalaya’s Youth Eternity Range and decided to give their skincare and lip care range a try. The products I selected were keeping my skin type in mind and something that I could use post the winter season too.

Himalaya Strawberry Shine Lip Care

This is the first time I am trying a lip balm from Himalaya Herbals. One of the main reasons why I decided to go for it is because it is enriched with 100% natural colour, Vitamin E and antioxidants. Plus, it is free from preservatives, petroleum jelly, mineral oil and silicone. 

On application it gives a delicate strawberry fragrance and a glossy finish and enhances your natural lip colour. What I really loved about this lip balm is, it is not heavy and sticky and doesn’t leave a greasy residue. The lip balm easily lasts for 4-5 hours, prevents moisture loss and offers complete hydration.

Himalaya Nourishing Skin Cream
When it comes to skin cream I tend to be very picky. Since I have oily skin and live in a humid weather a lot of skin creams don’t suit my skin type. Therefore, it is paramount for me to choose something that is oily skin and humid climate friendly.

The main reasons why I chose Himalaya’s Nourishing Skin Cream is because it is light, non-greasy, easy-to-use daily cream, which provides all day moisturising, nourishment and protection and keeps the skin soft and supple for hours.

The cream is blended with the extracts of Aloe Vera, Winter Cherry, Indian Kino Tree and Indian Pennywort, which protect the skin from pollution and bad weather conditions, providing nourishment and adequate hydration. A major plus point for the skin cream is, it is dermatologically-tested and hypoallergenic.

I won’t lie – I’m one of those women who doesn’t moisturise on a daily basis. I know it’s a bad habit that needs to change ASAP, but until that happens I make it a point to invest in a body lotion that gives my skin the much needed hydration. 

Himalaya's Cocoa Butter Intensive Body Lotion is ideal for me. It deeply moisturises, softens and smoothens the skin.
